Description

Vandals have broken off segments of the bench on 40th Street between Broadway and Manila, leaving sharp metal edges which could injure people. The benches are also covered with gang graffiti.

This same problem was reported at http://seeclickfix.com/issues/224015-broken-bus-benches, and that problem was also referred to "Coast United Advertising". The organization Keep Temescal Clean and Beautiful contacted Coast United Advertising and found they don't own these benches. The City of Oakland owns these benches and needs to fix them.
