Tree branches blocking view of traffic signals on Minnehaha Avenue, both eastbound and westbound.

While beautiful, the branches arching over the street near intersection obstruct the view of the traffic signals. If someone who doesn't know the area is driving through, they may not see the lights until it's too late to stop.
