Handicap parking space was recently placed in front of Robert's Twilite Lounge (space is located on southwest corner of 20th and Bainbridge) that is used by the bar's owner to visit the bar, drink alcohol, and drive home. The city should not permit/encourage the exploitation of handicap parking spots.
