The problem is the amount of broken parking meters in this area. It is absolutely ridiculous that we as drivers find these meter out of order, park there, they come an fix it or not, but give us a parking fine anyway. The onus is then on us to phone the office and tell them the meter was broken. You have to wait for almost 2 weeks so that they can get an engineers report to confirm. Pathetic service from a City who is obligated to provide the best service.
