Description

I am a Vietnam Vet. The illegal fireworks on Rosette Circle and nearby streets are terrible at this time of year. How do I report them ? I have to leave my house every year because my PTSD is beyond my control. Please let me know where and what can I do to stop it. 8965 8969 and 8960 Rosetta Circle are the worst.
