Especially p.m. rush hour, speeding by commuters continual. Also weekends, mornings, but especially commuters speeding home from Metro. Unsafe street, people have been hit. During the big snow storms, people had to walk in the street and drivers still sped beyond the 30 mph limit. No enforcement, good opportunity for the county to collect some revenue from speeders.
