At Ross & Haskell, in the center west-bound lane of Ross, right in the intersection with Haskell, there is a dip or sunken portion of the street. Because it is a rectangular shaped sunken area, it gives you quite a jolt when going over the edges. It needs pothole repair, but is really a settled or sunken panel of old street below the asphalt.
