The water department is closing this ticket along with internal work order #28646. There are multiple tickets open for the same issue for that area. We are working to alleviate the drainage problem in the area. We are going to keep Seeclickfix ID #2710366 along with internal Work Order ID # 23031
Revere constantly kicking the can down the road and nothing ever gets done. The common response on all these issues is to verbally placate the taxpayer with phrases like " An internal work order, # xxxx, has been generated and sent to X Department to assess and take the necessary action(s) as soon as possible".... or " We are working to alleviate the problem".... keep close eyes on this issue...check back in a month, two months,or even a year from now and watch the "results".
