Hello,
Property value here just went up on average around $40,000 in value per lot however this area on my drive home always makes me sick! The grass is hardly ever cut and there is always garbage and trash all about. I honestly have a feeling who ever is responsible for keeping this area clean is collecting the money and not doing the proper job!
