Q. Please describe the problem:
A. A bucket-loader with a plow "cleaning" snow/ice left-overs from intersections AT MIDNIGHT ?!?!? The sound of the blade dragging on clear pavement is so unbelievably loud that I heard/hear it a block+ away...in a neighborhood full of families no less?!?!? I can't fathom why this is happening at this time of night. In the 8 years I've lived in this neighborhood this is a first, and I'm stupefied that the City deems this acceptable.
