The owner moved out-of-state 1 1/2 years ago, and is renting the place. The renters have neglected what was a nice lawn. It now can't be called a lawn - parts are bare - parts are over 1 foot tall. Who can I contact to get this corrected??

In Eastpointe, you can just call the police and complain and cite the city ordinace but unfortunately in Clinton Township, you have to put your complaint in writing to the city, you can't just call. Here's what the CT website says.
All complaints must be in writing and addressed to the Building Department. The address is:
40700 Romeo Plank Road
Clinton Township, MI 48038
Simply state the nature of the complaint and the address it pertains to. You may either sign the complaint as a concerned citizen or state your name. The complaint is then entered into our Computer Program and issued a computer number for reference. It is then assigned to an Inspector. An inspector will investigate as soon as possible.
