Description

Illegal camping in this field under the trees. Homeless camp and is growing. Trash all over field. Sections of temp fence have been pulled open and paths beaten down to where they are camping. I turned this in a couple weeks ago. 6868-6851 Watt Ave in North Highlands is where it is GPSed.
