left turn yileds to oncoming traffic. This light is such a disaster because people dont follow the laws of the roads, I constantly make a left at that light to go onto 113 and people making a right onto 113 think thay have the right away which casues back ups. There needs to be a no turn on red sign between certain hours going westbound on 30 at the light and a sign added for the people making a left onto 113 bc the green arrow is not long enough. you are lucky if 5 cars get through the light before it turns red.
