Description

The people in this neighborhood feel they are entitled to run at least two of the four stop signs on this street. Obviously a residential neighborhood, no one is going 25 mph. On a daily basis I watch people BLOW through stops, not just coast, or slow down, totally IGNORE them as if they mean nothing.
