Description

8:00 AM on Saturday morning and the air conditioning units at Life Center Ministries have turned on. They are a kind of a metallic grinding and whining sound interrupting the quiet peacefulness of the neighborhood. This is a nuisance and according to City Code, nuisances are illegal.
