Description

9th Street between K St and West Virginia Ave NE is being used a cut-through for traffic during rush hour and people are speeding down the street. It's also creating congestion when there are too many cars on our tiny street. We'd love some speed bumps to deter people from speeding down our otherwise quiet residential street.
