Description

HOMELESS PROBLEM - encampment blocking sidewalk. Smell of urine and feces. Furniture piled up, and they are planning on building a box or hut of some kind with stolen wood that they took from a open lot. Remove them or I start dumping my trash out my window since it looks like the city does not give a @#$$@.
