If you cannot handle the 45 speed limit and are intimidated by the intersection you should not be driving....or just stay off that road! Traffic light suggestions come from people who don't know how to drive!

It's not so much people not obeying the speed limit, it's that the intersection has a blind curve and it's hard to see... Also, people who are on the opposite side and are turning left or going straight, often don't know the meaning of alternating between themselves and the people who are waiting on the other side of the street... There have been serious accidents and I don't think it's just from people obeying or not obeying the speed limit.

Agreed - because the intersection has to upcoming hills from either side - it is difficult to see. It's not about experience - it's about the inpatience of other drivers. Instead of waiting for vehicles to turn left onto either Fagleysville or Sanatoga - people are passing on the already too narrow shoulders! Plus, with the restaurant & apartment there, customers & residents & visitors park near Swamp & thus the view is even more obstructed. Use common sense people!
