I do agree nut as a firefighter see it my way. Emergency vehicles (ambulances, fire appartus, police cars), have whats called an opitcom they force the light green in the direction of travel to the front of the responding unit. so if you fix the lights ( which fyi have been reset numerous times) as soon as an opticom trips the light, your gonning to have the people out there fixing it again. and its anever ending cycle look at the amount of emergency repsonces going threw rt 100 daily. its easier to let it be fixing it would make more issues
