Abutters must clear their sidewalks fo snow and ice but the sidewalk in front of 20 Front Street is still a sheet of ice, days after the last snowfall. The sidewalk is covered for its entire width. Walkers risk falling. If they choose to avoid this sidewalk the only alternative is to walk in the busy roadway. This problem is right across the street from City Hall and is a danger to anyone walking to or from the library or businesses on Front Street.
