Description

This recycling can and other trash cans on the 200 block of R Street NW sit out full of trash all week. They are not emptied by pick up because they contain non recyclables. Rats feast on this stuff, particularly when, as here, the cans are turned over. Cite the property owners to ensure ongoing compliance.
