this is the third time I have reported this pile of trash in the alley.. the owners on Grace St are not providing sufficient trash recepticals for their tenants, the tenants are putting. trash in the recycle bins, and no one including the city is picking it up. please cite the owners and pickup the trash. today was trash day and this is what is left. unacceptable.
