Sharraxaadda

Lake used to be dredged every 10 years, now it is over 20! The ducks can walk across most of it because it is so shallow. The fish are all but gone because the water gets too hot in the summer. Of course it looks like crap, once a beautiful lake, now swamp and weeds.

What will it take to get Westchester County to do the right thing conservation wise and aesthetically.
