I have to laugh when the city comes after it rains and try to fill the holes with patch.

The patching that they do is just a band aid. Within another week or so, there will be another complaint about this same area because it's not going to last.

We've gone through winter, spring and most of the summer and this section of 10th street from Oberlin to Allison Ave. still is ignored.
