Almost everyday on a regular basis, I am almost hit by speeding cars on N. River St. The posted speed limit is 25 miles per hour and see cars, city buses, and even school buses exceeding the speed limit on a daily basis. I followed a school bus doing 40 mph the other day. SLOW DOWN!
