Durring daylight hours, I find that your lucky if this traffic light doesn't turn red for Cotton.
Most of the time I attempt to save fuel by coasting at a controlled rate in order to not come to a complete stop. From the East or West direction on Cotton, this is impossible nine out of ten times for this traffic signal.
This light acts like someone in the nearby housing has a control switch and is playing games with everyauto on cotton.
I have to admit though, it's wonderful when I drive out of the shopping center being it's rare if I ever have to stop!
