Thank you for reporting this issue. An internal work order, #27852, has been generated and sent to the
Highway Department to assess and make the necessary repair(s) as soon as possible. An update will be posted as information from the crew becomes available.

Mayor Arrigo recently requested $200,000 in funding to catch up on a backlog of sidewalk repair requests. That contract recently began and as you can see around the city there is a lot of sidewalk repair taking place. This repair will be done as part of that project though I don't have an exact timeline.
