Description

THIS IS NOT A RESIDENCE. Rats are infesting a public trash can at the bus stop at the southwest corner of Rhode Island Ave NE and Thayer St. They have a nest in the base of the tree right next to the trash can, and are going in and out of the can, storm drain, and tree at all hours of day and night.
