Thank you for your feedback. A customer service request will be created for this issue. That being said, residential clearing has been completed in Patterson Place and South Patterson Place. The issue here appears to be that some grading may be required for this road. This issue will be forwarded for assessment.

Within one winter, a prioirty 3 road should be plowed how many times?

Priority III roads are typically cleared twice in a winter season. That said, the cycles we are able to complete in residential areas is highly dependent on weather conditions. Should we get back to back dumps of snow, Crews will be redirected to Priority I and Priority II roads to ensure safe passage for emergency vehicles, buses and City commuters. This process can slow down progress in residential areas. In addition, should residents not follow temporary parking ban requests, parked vehicles on residential streets can prevent our heavy equipment convoys from getting into tight areas in order clear safely, thus resulting with the potential for a missed street. This winter season all areas have been cleared twice, with trouble spots or missed streets being addressed in March and April.
