Description

The house at 3204 Q Street in North Highland is a jungle and full of trash. It was the drug house last year and got foreclosed and the bank fenced it off and started working on it. It hasn't been worked on now for a few months and the weeds have grown so tall that you almost can't see the house. They also have piles of garbage inside and outside the fence. In 2 weeks those weeds will be dried out and this whole house is going to be a huge fire hazard to the neighborhood.
