Taxes have nothing to do with it ,no dogs means no dogs and the law is the law ,since when do we get to pick which laws we obey and as far as cats running wild we have loads of then running around and no laws to make pet owners keep them in the house ,Most of the time people ruin it for themselves,by not caring enough , if you want a dog your yard is where the should go and if you own a cat you should keep them in the house

People should pick up the poo, everybody brings there dogs to the parks.
