$6 parking lot complaint (Ospite)
They do not believe honest citizens, but rely on city employees 'that apparently never make a mistake'.
Do away with this method of parking, it is very unfair to give people a ticket when they did pay the $6 parking fee!!!!!!. Take off work to dispute the ticket?? I hear that it is a waste of your time.
I will definately avoid downtown West Chester from now on.

A stamp and an envelope have worked fine for my 15 years in the borough, but i don't disagree with you. Try bringing it up at a Borough meeting and see where it goes.
I'm closing this as this really isn't the venue for making that happen.
