That always amazes me. The graffiti team could take one Spring & Fall day where they drive around neighborhoods & search for random graffiti to cover. They could even invite & engage the community to join them. We could especially help them paint over the sidewalk transformers that have become so popular with vandals......with a lot of grey paint available!!!!!!!!!!
