Description

Young men up and down the street on these off-road vehicles and no police interaction. They're perfectly aware of the house these young men congregate in front of but nothing is done. It is mind boggling how this can happen day in and day out and the organization that our tax dollars fund does nothing. I bet if this was happening on the mayor's street there would be something done about it.
