The photographed piece of land is owned by Cameron Court Apartments located at 804 W. Morgan St. The approximate address of the piece of land is 802 W. Hargett St. The land has not been maintained in several weeks, so the weeds are now 16 inches tall which violates city code. In the past, I have talked to the property manager, Julie Driver, about overgrown weeds in this location on multiple occasions. For some reason, Ms. Driver​ just can't seem to get her landscapers to maintain the property so that it meets code. I am hoping that the city is more effective than me at getting Ms. Driver to maintain her property in such a way that it is presentable and up to code.
