yes excuse me but I received an email saying the city "told me multiple times" that my issue wasnt for see click fix but I thought the city took my complaint seriously and would look into the problem of the noise of barking dogs from these homowners because it is very startling and dangerous for the neighborhood and last time I checked it was illegal to have loud dogs in this city code so why wasnt my complaint handled by the city
