The No Right Turn on Red needs to stay there. Without it, it is nearly impossible for pedestrians to safely cross the street from the southside of 63rd to the northside by the rail station. This is an extremely heavy pedestrian intersection. However, it would be a good idea to post restricted parking during rush hours on the northeast corner of 63rd street in front of the train station and also, don't allow the St. Joe's buses or vans to sit an idle. If they want to wait for their scheduled departure time let them idle by the entrance to the Septa lot (several hundred feet before the intersection and congestion).
