The new tenants don't seem to understand that garbage bins are not to be left out in front of their property. This issue has been reported to the sanitation department and the tenants did, for a short time, remove the bins from the sidewalk. They have since left the garbage can sitting just under their windows where, throughout the week, it becomes full of trash. They continue to use the sidewalk in front of the house as a refuge for raw garbage, trash, etc.
