Description
I am reporting this issue again. When I look on the map, I noticed the pin is missing as if it was somehow taken care of when it has NOT! On Thursday over a week ago somebody dumped some nasty animal carcass in the street. The street sweeper swept around it, twice! It was referred to animal control but STILL lies in the street! There is less blood from rain but still many feathers and bagged carcass remains. This is disgusting and unsanitary. I am embarrassed the city of Oakland has not done anything to take care of this yet!!!
