Description

The traffic signal displays red and green lights at the same time for a second or two- I've seen this twice now. Stand south of the light (with safeway on your left side) and look north towards the light to see the ones malfunctioning. For safety please verify it's not malfunctioning in general / not going to get worse, if possible thanks!
