town of ulster should get off their duff and start issuing tickets until this problem is solved,. it is one of the most dangerous traffic problem in ulster cty.,

I drove by this spot and it looked like some heavy labor was being utilized there. Is someone cleaning the site up? Can anyone verify this?

I think it looks far worse now that someone bought the building. at at least when it was buck's they kept it fairly clean. now its an eye sore and dangerous with all the crap all over. Plus the building is caving in.. and they are still allowed to opperate? clean up the city mayor !

IS THERE ANY REASON NO ONE OF GOV'T CAPACITY HAS DONE ANYTHING... THE STATE PUT POLES ACROSS THE ROAD TO STOP PARKING, BUT NOW THEY MOVED UP CLOSER TO THE TURN.... TOWN OF ULSTER NEEDS TO WAKE UP. IT'S FAR ENOUGH AWAY FROM THE TOWN OF ULSTER'S MAIN AREA SO THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT US WHO HAVE TO PASS THIS MESS DAILY... LET'S GET SOME ACTION.....

How does the state allow Buck's to pump their flood water across the road. Anyone else on Rt. 213 is required to install a culvert pipe at the end of their driveway to prevent this. This morning the water running across the road turned to ice and a car went off the road on the turn! How does the state allow this to happen year after year. There should be NO water running across the road.

There is a ditch a short distance up from the junk yard for the pond to drain instead of it running through the junk yard and over the road. No one ever cleans the ditch out for the water to flow through.

Do you mean the ditch with the oil and antifreeze in it?

The ditch is on the other side of the house on the curve. I would think if it comes out of the pond and through the ditch before going into the junk yard it may not contain oil/antifreeze....It's hard to keep my car clean when we have to run through this water for the next month or two. For many years it would flood at that curve from the Rondout Creek and not from the pond. Something has changed to make the water flow through the junk yard and not the ditch. It would be nice if the State would fix this area along with the dead trees that are ready to fall along RT. 213 from the city line to RT.32.

as i have noticed only the honest citizens obtain a builing permit, and if you didnt as a honest hardworking taxpayers you would be turned in.... i have seen many people putting up decks on their houses etc and where are the building permits... makes me want my money back.... officials get out of your offices and ride around once in awhile and see what is really going on.... take care of our area not just our tax money
