Observe south bound cars making right turn onto florida Ave from noon turn only lane often. Huge issue for traffic and pedestrian safety as turn only remains stopped until Green arrow as pedestrians have right of way to walk across Florida Ave at that time. Observe cars doing this every day.

Please fix this intersection! Cars block traffic and make illegal turns ALL DAY LONG here.
