First Google maps has this wrong. The name of the street is Cliffside Dr. Kelly Ln. is a street, not pictured, that runs from Cliffside Dr. toward Saratoga Lake (Mapquest has it right.) Anyway 2 of the 3 street lights on this street are not working, one for over 2 years, one for just less then 1 year. They both turn on, and a few seconds later turn off, a sequence repeated dusk to dawn.
