Percy King is TERRIBLE. Cars fly down this street because going slow is torturous. A dirt road would almost be better. Cars are swerving to avoid large patches of previous fixes and swerving back to dodge eachother coming around curves. "Bump, rattle, shake, jerk, bump". The condition of this road is inexcusable. Percy King and Grace K are both in the same condition.

Unfortunately the city offered a proposal to residents on percy king. 51 percent needed to approve it, but chose not to. I understand it would cost extra money in taxes, but the road would have been completely re-done. no more just filling pot holes!

I believe there are quite afew streets in that area that are really bad and could use a complete re-do. You would need 51% need for each street but if one street didn't have 51% that would not stop the others from getting done. Maybe more streets would get a getter price.

Live on Percy King (Panauhin)

They wanted approx 10,000 from each resident living on the street. The people living in courts off of Percy King wouldn't have to pay as well as the people in the back of the neighborhood. Percy King is a main access road to 2 neighborhoods and as such should be fixed by the city. People living on Williams Lake Road don't need to pay to get the road fixed doe they?
