Description
The city has plowed the middle of our street (Batter Terrace) at least 2 times. Never once plowing the odd side, where there are no cars parked because of the parking ban. What's the point of the ban if you don't plow.

the city has plowed only one side of the street leaving the people on the other side completely snowed in.
