Description

Along the road of Springdell Village/Springdell Road there is excessive litter thrown on the road side daily. Trash consists mostly of beer cans and liquor bottles. There is an obvious high volume of problems with DUI & Open container issues in this area. My family cleans up weekly and fills 40 gal bags per week. I will no longer insist my family clean the entire road but will always keep our property up. Its been clarified that this is a state road that may need the problem addressed and solutions clearly met. Perhaps, 'Litter Fine' signage and local policing with random DUI check points.
