the other issue which i didn't mention in my original post was that, if the cars on rapallo are taking a left and the cars from grand are taking a left that is the main problem. the lights change at the same time. neither car has the right of way yet it gets jammed out there every day. its unsafe. perhaps if they offset the lights slightly or put them on a different time delay this would help the problem.

Gee once I point out that in your first comment you were breaking the law, you changed your complaint. It would also help if people used their turn signals or are those optional on cars these days as many people aren't using them.

I guess i wasn't clear. Sorry. I agree with you though. Lots of cars fly through that intersection with no blinkers on. It makes me crazy! i'm not one of them. Just merely trying to fix the problem. i did see a police car on main street at that intersection so perhaps they are taking this into consideration.

it really is a terrible intersection, I use this as a short cut to work because washington has unbearable traffic

i was driving through this intersection and it's even worse with the snow banks in the middle of the road now. The town really needs to change the traffic lights so that they two intersecting streets don't have to turn a the same time.

apparently the town isn't responding to this at all. Apparently they don't care that I almost got into an accident again the other day. I live on that road, its not like I can go around in a timely way to get on Rte 9. Ughh.... soooo frustrated at this.
