Description

6 out of the 8 spots on this block have Hine construction workers parked there .One in front of a fire hydrant. I complained about this last week and nothing was done. Plus the 600 block of C Street SE has 9 illegal vehicles. And the parking at Eastern Market has construction vehicles which by agreement of Developer was not supposed to happen either.
