MULTIPLE POTHOLES caused by heavy weight city vechicles (garbage and recycling trucks and repair vehicles from last years winter storm Jonas) the issue was originally reported on 2/29/2016 has been acknowledged by the city and given a work order number (S/O # 6492241) THE ISSUE HAS NEVER BEEN FIXED. The entire alley from the 2800 block is becoming and has been basically impassable by smaller cars due to the uneven nature of the grade.
