Description

The Evergreen street off of Richmond Road is horrible. The patch work is NEVER stable for more than 3 days and an embarrassment when you go from the Henrico County line into Richmond. The entire road needs to be RESURFACED NOT PATCHED UP. I have had damage to my tire and wheel alignment. I'm not asking for repair money I just hope the street gets fixed. Over the past year how many times has Richmond come out to patch up this street instead of resurfacing the road one time?
